Terms and conditions

Updated 21 August 2026

These terms describe the RiparoSUP service, from online assessment to return of the board, and the rights that remain protected.

01

Provider and contact

The RiparoSUP service is provided by BUSSOLARI ALESSIO.

BUSSOLARI ALESSIO
Via del Prete, 121 — 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy
VAT no. 02037590383

02

Scope of the service

RiparoSUP assesses and, where technically possible, repairs damage to SUP boards received from customers. Online information, photographs and measurements provide an initial classification.

Remote assessment does not replace physical inspection: repairability, the work required and technical compatibility can be confirmed only after the board arrives.

03

Opening a repair request

To open a request, customers state the damage size, submit the required photographs and provide accurate contact and return details.

Submitting a request does not guarantee repairability or automatically start the work.

04

Formation of the agreement and communications

The request starts a preliminary assessment. The service becomes binding according to confirmations in the repair flow and, where necessary, acceptance of a manual quotation.

Communications are sent to the details supplied; customers must check them and promptly report errors.

Quotation

The stated measurement selects the initial band. If inspection reveals different characteristics, the customer receives the necessary information before work proceeds.

06

Pre-authorisation and payment

Stripe pre-authorisation reserves the amount but is not yet a charge. The amount is captured after physical inspection and repair work begins, as communicated in the request.

If pre-authorisation expires, renewal may be required; the customer is informed before any new authorisation.

Before shipping
  • Payment is reserved, not charged.
  • The shipping address is provided after pre-authorisation.
  • Outbound and return shipping are arranged and paid by the customer.

07

If the board cannot be repaired

If inspection confirms repair is impossible, only the €5 diagnosis fee is charged and the remainder of the pre-authorisation is released.

The payment network and customer’s bank determine when released funds appear as available.

08

Packaging and shipping

Outbound and return shipping are arranged and paid by the customer. RiparoSUP supplies the address after pre-authorisation and does not choose the carrier on the customer’s behalf.

The board must be clean, deflated and packed appropriately for its size, weight and fragility, protecting the valve, fins and exposed parts.

Transport risks and responsibilities follow applicable law and carrier terms; these terms add no insurance or cover.

09

Final check and safe use

The repair concerns the damage identified in the request. A used board may have additional wear or defects not visible in photographs or connected with the work.

On return, the customer must inspect the board and follow manufacturer instructions. Leaks, deformation or anomalies require stopping use and contacting RiparoSUP.

10

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Consumers retain the right of withdrawal and all mandatory rights under applicable law, assessed according to when the agreement forms and the actual state of the service.

If work is requested during the withdrawal period, an express request and the legally required information are needed. No automatic exclusions are introduced.

For cancellation or withdrawal, email [email protected].

11

Liability, conformity and guarantees

RiparoSUP performs the agreed service according to law and the board’s observable technical characteristics. Customers provide accurate information, use the board appropriately and promptly report issues.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded or reduces consumers’ mandatory rights.

12

Complaints, applicable law and courts

For information or complaints, include the request reference and a clear description when emailing [email protected].

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights under the consumer’s country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law, including the consumer’s court where required.

Read these terms with the information shown in the individual repair flow. Acceptance occurs in that flow, not on this page.
