Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and local storage let a browser remember information. RiparoSUP uses only what is needed for language, privacy choices and authorised optional features.
CloseYourIt statistics use no identifying cookies; replay, if authorised, uses session storage and a technical correlation cookie.
Categories and freedom of choice
Necessary technologies work without consent because they provide and remember requested preferences. Other categories are initially disabled.
- Necessary — language and privacy preference storage.
- Statistics — counts and technical characteristics of visits to public pages.
- Replay — masked interaction recording on public pages only.
- Advertising — measuring which Meta ads lead to a repair request.
Technology inventory
The inventory describes the technologies set by RiparoSUP, CloseYourIt and Meta.

CloseYourIt may also use browser session storage named cyi_replay. It is removed when replay is withdrawn or excluded from a page.
Meta cookies are set only after consent to the Advertising category, and never on repair or operator pages. You can withdraw consent at any time and they stop being used.
CloseYourIt statistics and replay
Statistics collect technical visit data for public routes only, such as a normalised path and screen size. Replay is a separate choice and records interactions needed to diagnose usability problems.
Statistics and replay remain off until chosen. Replay masks text and fields and never starts on repair requests, the operator panel, APIs or unknown routes.
Manage preferences
You can accept or reject statistics, replay and advertising separately. You can change your choice at any time.
Withdrawal and cleanup
When you withdraw a purpose, RiparoSUP stops new events for that choice. For replay it also removes browser correlation data.
Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
